Refund policy

Edible and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable (federal law prohibits) If a printing error was made by us in processing your order we will reprint and reship wrappers only. Orders that need to be reprinted will not result in any additional costs to the customer. If candy was originally ordered, replacement wrappers only will be replaced.

If the error is a customer mistake and the proof was approved, we will reprint the order with the necessary changes and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping. Please contact us if you have a question about this related to your order.
